Equal Care

My first book, Equal Care: Health Equity, Social Democracy, and the Egalitarian State, is now available from Johns Hopkins University Press.

Equal Care is intended for health equity practitioners and others who care about health equity. My goal with this book is to provide a structured way to think about health equity. Further, I hope to make clear what policies and programs are needed to achieve health equity, why they are needed, and how to implement them.
